FunkyFlair.pk offers 7 days hassle-free return/exchange policy, we won’t entertain your claim once 7 days return policy period gone past.
All our items are checked thoroughly before dispatching to the customers, so no problem should arise in the first place.
We really want to provide our customers with an easy return/exchange policy. We want to provide you with a hassle-free shopping experience.
Return/Exchange (Conditions)
To claim 7 days return/exchange policy, we do require a receipt or proof of purchase (i.e order number).
In order to claim 7 days return/exchange policy, you need to keep certain factors in mind.
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and without any flaws.
- The product must include the original tags, user manual, and all accessories (if any).
- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box (if any).
- You can exchange any thing which you received with in 7 days from date you receive parcel
How to Return/Exchange a Product
To return/exchange your product, you should mail your product to the shipper address which is duly mentioned on each parcel you received.
At receipt of the returned product, we do check it properly and let the customers know about the approval or rejection of return/exchange claim by email, call, or WhatsApp.
You will pay the shipping costs of returning/sending us your purchased product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note: In case of a return claim, we will less our courier charges and refund you the remaining amount in form of a voucher / payment.
Honored Claim:
If your return/exchange claim is honored, we will process it within 24-48 hours time.
Delay (if any):

Return/Exchange Criteria for Sale Items:
Customers can claim regular-priced items and sale-priced items for return/exchange claims.
Refund Policy
- The amount of any product will be returned in form of voucher or payment.
- In case of exchange, your faulty product is replaced with a new one within 7 days.
- In case of return, You will get a voucher of the amount and you can buy any other product using that voucher. Further, you can also apply for a refund of payment.
